A hidden gem near history
Staying at Thai Thai Sukhothai Resort was like a good escape. The staff were friendly and supportive, always ready with recommendations. The pool area was clean and inviting. The garden setting added a tranquil touch to our mornings.
Although the resort was charming, the rooms could use a touch of modernization, and having no on-site restaurant required walks to nearby eateries, which could be a hassle after dark.

Beautiful location in the countryside about 0.75km southeast from the Sukhothai ruins gates - a few minutes by bicycle which can be rented from the guesthouse for 50 baht. Airport bus 300 baht goes direct to and picks up from the guesthouse. So tripping from Chang Mai or Bangkok is a breeze. No bar facilities or restaurant on the doorstep, so you need to eat in town and get supplies from 7 Eleven, but staff are super helpful and eager to chat. Rooms are like separate chalet wooden lodges - extremely clean, aircon, tv, hot shower, 4 post bed with mosquito nets, and nice touches (towels folded as swans 8-)).Highly recommended for the price.
Nothing! You get a lovely place for the price. If you want a spa/pool you pay much more for it at alternative places.

Staying at Thai Thai Sukhothai Resort was a pleasant experience. The room had a spacious design, providing ample room to move around. The air conditioning effectively handled the high temperatures, frequently pushing 40 degrees. The pool area was a highlight, great. I even enjoyed the refreshing swimming pool, clean and inviting. The staff showed genuine care, assisting with bike rentals to tour the historical sites nearby. I loved the complimentary water and the small touches, like providing maps for tourists. Breakfast offered made-to-order options, including fresh fruits and eggs, which helped kickstart my day. I encountered a minor issue with my kettle. The plug was damaged. There was a bit of noise early in the morning due to traditional music from a nearby temple, but it was manageable. Despite these little drawbacks, my stay felt cute and enjoyable overall.

Early check-in, good and marvellous location very close to the main historical park attraction, a very touristic Sukhothai and a peaceful tropical garden.

spacious interiors, comfortable pool area, bicycle rental service
The layout is confusing with facilities spread out across different buildings!!! The lack of vegetarian options could leave some guests unhappy!!! The shower pressure is disappointing and not ideal for a proper rinse!!!

Close to the historical park of Sukhothai - less than 10 minutes on biicycle - it is very well located. Far from the main road, it is quiet. The man in the welcome desk is available and helpful. The accomodation is good and we slept very well. Really we enjoyed the 2 nights spent in this hotel during our thailand tour.

On the edge of the country side (lined with scattered remains of "wats" from the old Sukhothai royal era) and within walking distance from Sukhothai historical park this tastfull furbished guesthouse is a great base point for several daytrips. We've experienced this guesthouse more as a "mini-resort" then as a guesthouse really.
A small swimming pool would have been great, in the heat of late april, but the cold beer on the roomy veranda with fan did the trick too. :-)

I stayed for a couple of nights while exploring the attractions around Sukhothai. The large patio outside my room was a lovely spot to soak up the sun, and the swimming pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat. It was convenient to hop on a bike to cruise around the historic sites, though the bikes could be a bit on the small side for taller riders. I also enjoyed a fantastic breakfast every morning.

The made-to-order sandwiches at nearby eateries like Sukhothai Kitchen (0.5 km) were a good find, especially after exploring the historical park! The staff at the resort were also a total gem, assisting us with transport in no time. Plus, the swimming pool was a blissful spot to unwind after our adventures.
I had a rough start on Sunday with loud traditional Thai music nearby at 6am, a bit odd but not the hotel's fault. They said it's from a temple. Still, everything shined despite these quirks!

Value for money
Breakfasts could be more rich in options (on the other hand other Thai guesthouses in the same price range offer roughly the same options)
